Hardwell and Maddix continue to rally support for the flourishing big room techno movement with their latest collaborative effort, "ACID."
Shortly after laying the kindling for a mainstage techno boom with "Revolution," Hardwell and Maddix are back at it with a follow-up, forging another memorable chapter in their ongoing collaborative saga.
As its name would suggest, "ACID" is a stylistic homage to the warehouse-born roots of underground dance music with the incorporation of squelchy, distorted acid bass. The path down the rabbit hole is paved with arpeggiated melodies, drawing listeners steadily into the frenzied blitz. Teaming up with Luciana, the artists deliver a particularly sticky vocal hook that's sure to stir up a chorus of voices on the global festival circuit.
