“Mobilized citizens arrive at the military registration and enlistment office of Belgorod. Most citizens arrive at the military commissariat without waiting for summons,” the report says.
According to the department, reserve officers also come to the military registration and enlistment office without a summons to find out if there is a need for their registration specialty.
