Keys N Krates are stepping outside their comfort zone with a new track that draws inspiration from the trio’s earliest influences.
“Say You Love Me” is a euphoric and uplifting journey into a world of new possibilities and opportunities for the trio, who have been making waves in the world of electronic dance music for over a decade. Released on the Canadian label, Last Gang Records, “Say You Love Me” features captivating vocals and groovy beats, demonstrating the group’s open-minded and experimental production style combined with a willingness to step into uncharted territories.
“We all grew up on house music and have always dabbled in it on other projects, but this tune might be our ‘housey-est’ endeavor yet,” said Keys N Krates in a press release shared with EDM.com. “For us, ‘Say You Love Me’ embodies the soul and fun that drew our ears to house music in the first place. Organic drum textures, a hypnotic and tribal groove, with a powerful vocal sample chopped up are ingredients that really speak to us. We want to be at the party where this is playing.”
Keys N Krates recently announced a fall and winter tour spanning twelve stops including Portland, Austin, San Francisco, Detroit, and more. Expect to hear more of this new, house-inspired sound from the group when they hit the road later this year.
