Veteran dance music producer LouCii has released his latest album, EDM Rainbow.
Spanning 13 tracks, the album's name mirrors the wide spectrum of colors within a rainbow. With its incandescent sound, it aims to manifest that vibrancy into one cohesive project.
LouCii's diverse sound is explored through a variety of house sub-genres in his new album. Each track rumbles with four-on-the-floor rhythms, but has their own distinct feel. "Tech House In Miami" is a surefire highlight with its sultry club sound design, while "Goodbye" and "Euphoria" set a more brooding mood with hypnotic melodic techno cuts.
The end of the album, however, is where the energy reaches its apex. LouCii drops a future rave banger with "Losing Control" and a soaring progressive record with "Over The Rainbow" before channeling old-school big room house with its festival-ready closer, "Rave On."

LouCii started his career as a keyboardist at the age of six and quickly found himself composing, writing and producing original music. At 16, his first song was played on FM radio in the Middle East, making him the youngest producer in the country to accomplish such a feat.
He then cut his teeth as an artist in the Washington, D.C. club scene under the alias DJ Louie, regularly performing as resident at a number of prominent clubs and venues, like Glow and the now-defunct Zei Club. Now four decades in, he continues to release forward-thinking dance music.
