Peggy Gou Announces Debut Album, Drops First New Single In Two Years: Listen

Peggy Gou is back with a brand new single, "(It Goes Like) Nanana."

The carefree house track is the first new original song from Gou in two years. Her last came in July 2021, when she dropped the disco-soaked "I Go" on her own Gudu Records imprint.

"There's a feeling we all know but is hard to describe, that feeling of love, warmth, and excitement when you're surrounded by friends and loved ones and the energy speaks for itself," Gou said in a statement. "It's difficult to put into words but to me it goes ‘nanana!’ I want this song to evoke that nanana feeling!"

The South Korean dance music star and fashion designer also announced her upcoming debut album, which will be released via XL Recordings. She has not revealed a release date at the time of writing.
