Consisting of “Different” and “This Is Reality,” the double-single has arrived courtesy of Sian’s Octopus Recordings imprint and takes us on an unforgiving techno journey.
Immediately getting into action with its thumping kicks and rolling basslines, the titular track “Different” introduces new listeners into Sian and Burko’s mesmerizing world before a plume of ambient vocals and distorted arpeggios envelops the track. “This Is Reality” is equally as impressive, blending thick bass with ethereal sound design in a seven-minute arrangement that keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Born in Ireland and raised in Spain, Sian is a boundary-pushing DJ, producer, visual artist and label owner who has taken over with his bold brand and heavy-hitting releases. Now based in Los Angeles, he has performed at major electronic music festivals such as EDC Las Vegas, Nocturnal Wonderland, HARD Summer, Electric Zoo and more, while having carried out remix duties for the likes of deadmau5, Jan Blomquist and Oliver Heldens' HI-LO, among others.
San Diego-based producer Burko, on the other hand, has taken the dance music world by storm with high-profile collaborations with the likes of SNBRN and Autograf, Despite starting to officially release music in 2020, he has already garnered support elite producers like David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Above & Beyond, Vintage Culture and many more.
