Italian-born, Berlin-based industrial techno producer and KNTXT signee, Alignment, has released his hotly anticipated four-track EP, Close Your Eyes.
Alignment kicks off with its titular track, a ferocious four-on-the-floor anthem specifically engineered for dark clubs and festivals around the world. As a testament to that, KNTXT founder Charlotte de Witte played out "Close Your Eyes" during her historic mainstage performance at Tomorrowland last year.
The track churns with aleatoric leads and sly synths that huddle around ahead of the drop, which features thumping techno kicks that echo in the distance. Alignment continues his fury into the second track, "Deep Space." This cut takes a turn into the abyss of psytrance with an energetic double bass, which runs roughshod beneath atmospheric vocals that float like freshly blown bubbles in the wind.
The ensuing tracks, "Dance For Me" and "Fight For A New World," stomp on with relentless power and cacophonous cymbals. In the latter, harsh and distorted arpeggios pulsate through a rhythmic melody while dancing atop the track's hypnotic drums.

Since Alignment left his hometown of Bologna, Italy for Berlin, the burgeoning producer has caught the attention of techno kingpins like Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Amelie Lens and, of course, de Witte. He quickly became a resident on KNTXT's events and rapidly expanded his fanbase around the world.
Close Your Eyes marks Alignment's first EP since Attack, which he released on KNTXT last June. Prior to the release of Attack, fans were treated to You Can't Control Me, a slice of sonic chaos and pure industrial techno bliss.
