The Moscow Regional Court delivered a verdict in the case against crime boss Oleg Pirogov, nicknamed Circus. This was reported on the website of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office.
Pirogov was found guilty of occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy.
