It cannot be said that the United States and NATO took into account the considerations of the Russian side on security guarantees, commented Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov their written responses to Moscow's proposals. He stressed that “it's not worth rushing to any conclusions,” RBC correspondent reports.
Peskov added that “the president has all the papers.” and it will take time to analyze them.
